1. Virtual office is a term for shared office services, which normally includes business address, mail & courier services, phone services, fax services, answering services, web -hosting services, and meeting & conference facilities.

2. Virtual Office is a office services or facilities needed to run a company via computer-based system. it is also a common term for an environment that enables a network of co-workers to run a business efficiently by using nothing other than online communication technologies.

While Management Information System are the information output out from the Virtual Office being used by managers and non-managers as they make decisions to solve the firms problem.

Virtual Office has greater contribution in improving company's competitive advantage and even organizational performance because with these all services company's will have a fast access to find a low-risk alternative to renting a conventional office, testing a new products or services ideas has become less costly, you can even establish a business presence in the provider's country or city,and eventualy you can find business address within an expensive location and having supportive business services for collection or fielding of mails and parcels,and easily have access on seeking business address as its registered business address for complying to government regulation.And all of these posibilities has become successfully achieved because of Virtual Office has to offered.
